We offer pre-construction services, which includes working with the design team to get the project into land use, and working hand in hand with the building department for permitting. Once permitted, we work on getting competitive bids and selecting general contractors. Once the general contractor has been selected, we develop the master schedule and budget for the duration of the project, keeping your team on schedule and on budget. We also offer QA/QC punch lists for general contractors’ completion, as well as working with banks for lender reviews.

The end result is a quality project completed for both owners and investors.
