Originally hired as the General Contractors Sr. Project Manager/ Estimator for the design build of the Vernonia Middle School. The school district had an Owners Rep. that was not providing the proper services and their services were terminated within the first 30 days. I took the role on as the School Districts Owners Rep. We presented the design to the Vernonia City Counsel for design review and presented the project at the public hearing for the community approval. Responsible for coordination of the design development of the Architectural drawings and GMP through to Construction Documents and final GMP. Submit and acquire all permits and special permits and coordination with Columbia County and managed construction budgets. This included the review and owner recommendation for Change Order approvals. Running comparison estimates for the CPN’s on contractors and sub-contractors change proposals Create and manage the construction schedule. Reviews and approve monthly pay applications with the Vernonia School District Administration. Provide required pay application back up information to lenders.
